Not always. Some projects need a physical sample, while others can be produced from CAD files, 3D models, detailed specifications, and approved product references. We confirm the right production path before quoting.
Yes. Framesform is based in China and works with overseas ecommerce sellers. This can be helpful for products sourced from Chinese suppliers, but the service is focused on creating better ecommerce visuals, not sourcing-only support.
No. Sample cost, shipping, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping are paid by the client unless they are specifically included in a written quote.
Yes, if return shipping is paid by the client. Other options are keeping the sample for future monthly support or disposing, recycling, or donating it.
The timeline starts after the scope, production materials, visual direction, and deposit payment are confirmed.
Fragile, oversized, regulated, battery-powered, food, cosmetic, medical, or restricted products must be reviewed before acceptance because handling, shipping, and safety requirements can change the scope.
AI may be used as one production tool for scene support or concept acceleration. It does not replace product photography, 3D rendering, editing, or commercial review.
We use approved samples, CAD files, specifications, or product references to check obvious accuracy risks, but final claims, compliance, and product representation must be approved by the client.
Editable PSD or Figma source files are not included by default. They can be quoted separately when needed.
Starter includes 1 revision round. Product Launch includes 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed separately.
Yes, we can prepare Amazon-oriented image sets and follow common listing image conventions. Category-specific compliance must be confirmed by the seller.
Yes. Multi-product projects are quoted based on product count, variation complexity, production method, production sequence, and final deliverable volume.
